Exercise 1 (30 mins)

Players must complete 5 passes before transfering the ball to the opposite grid. Once the ball is transfered, two new players enter the grid to support. Defender must get 3 points to get out. 2 points for winning possession and dribbling over a line (possession players can still win the ball for realistic transition moment) and 1 point for intercepting a pass.

Set up: Two 12x12 grids side by side.

Coaching Points:

- Maintain two open passing lines to the ball

- Receive the ball across your body

- Draw in the defender before passing the ball

- Open body shape to pass the ball to a new direction

- First touch in motion - not killing the ball

- Player in the opposite grid should stay away in order to create space from defender

**Players must play on minimum 2 touches**

Exercise 2 (30 mins)

5v5+2 possession. Play from one joker to the other to get a point.

- Reinforce same points from the first exercise.
