6v6 (2-2-1) (40 mins)

6v6- Coach plays ball into GK > GK plays one of the Def (if they take too long give them a time limit- 5 Seconds- they can bowl out or pass)> Def attacks space outside (opposite defender shifts)

THIS IS OUR FOCUS DURING THE SESSION

***Alternate which GK you play- it forces the Def and players to move up and down the field and get wide on the move***

Once the ball is played into the GK let the ball play until a natural stop (unless you have to coach shape or taking a touch out wide- let everything else go for the moment). When the ball goes out play the GK furthest away from the stopping point (i.e. throw-in, goal, corner kick)

Last 10 mins is free play- just keep balls going. (i.e. if the ball goes out play another ball in- we want to keep them moving as much as possible)
