Warm Up (15 mins)

Organization:

1. 20x10 grid set up as shown

2. One grid for every 4 players

Instructions:

1. Player A run towards Player B, gives them a high five and takes their place at the cone.

2. Player B runs towards Player C, gives them a high five and takes their place at the cone.

3. Player C runs towards Player A, gives them a high five and takes their place at the cone.

4. Player A runs towards Player D, gives them a high five and takes their place at the cone.

5. Rotation continues for an allotted amount of time, 2m: Left; 2m: Right; 1m: Competition.

Coaching Points:

1. Ready Position

2. Correct hand as target

3. Head Up

Main Theme 1 (25 mins)

Organization:

1. 20x10 grid set up as shown

2. One grid for every 4 players

3. One ball for each grid with additional around area.

Instructions:

1. Player A passes the ball to Player B and takes their place at the cone.

2. Player B receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player C, and takes their place at the cone.

3. Player C receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player A, and takes their place at the cone.

4. Player A receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player D, and takes their place at the cone.

5. Rotation continues for an allotted amount of time:

3m: Left; 3m: Right; 3m: Left - Competition; 3m: Right - Competition

Coaching Points:

1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball

2. Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action

3. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked

Main Theme 2 (25 mins)

Organization:

3. One ball for each grid with additional around area.

Instructions:

1. Player A passes the ball to Player B and takes their place at the cone.

2. Player B receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player C, and takes their place at the cone.

3. Player C receives the ball on their back foot, dribbles towards Player D, upon passing the half way line, passes the ball to Player D and takes their place at the cone.

4. Player D receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player A, and takes their place at the cone.

5. Rotation continues for an allotted amount of time:

3m: Left; 3m: Right; 3m: Left - Competition; 3m: Right - Competition

Coaching Points:

Main Theme 3 (25 mins)

Organization:

1. 20x10 grid set up as shown

2. One grid for every 4 players

3. One ball for each grid with additional around area.

Instructions:

1. Player A passes the ball to Player B and takes their place at the cone.

2. Player B receives the ball on their back foot, passes the ball to Player C, and takes their place at the cone.

3. Player C receives the ball on their back foot, dribbles towards goal, upon passing the half way line, player is allowed to shoot the ball.

4. Player D is allowed to begin the next rotation once a goal has been scored or the ball has traveled past the end line. 

5. Rotation continues for an allotted amount of time:

3m: Left; 3m: Right; 3m: Left - Competition; 3m: Right - Competition

Coaching Points:

1. Receive with furthest foot from the ball

2. Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action

3. Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
