Set Up

Ball starts in the middle lane with spot and play. The next group starts when they reach the opposite end.

The yellow team are the defenders, one player starts in the middle and attempts to break up the move.

The conditions are

- Every pass must be played forward

- Must follow your pass

- Supporting runs must be around the ball

Key Points

1. Receive with one foot, play with the other

2. Weight and accuracy of pass needs to be firm

3. Can you play into the stride of the runner?

4. Lift your head up before you receive the ball

3 fields - Transition Game (20 mins)

Transition Game/Bread and Butter!

Three teams of 3 or 4 (A, B, C) and two keepers (X, Y). Team A attacks against keeper Y. If they score, they then quickly try to attack keeper X. At this time, team B leaves the field and takes the place of team C who were the supporting players on the endlines, supporting both teams.
