Coaching points:

+ The team in possession should disperse itin its half of the playing area to create space and therefore tim topass the ball more comfortably and efficiently to reach thepssing goal.

+ Constant awarness and adjustment of th supporting position is essential to success.

+Simple, quick, and well timed passess will make it difficult fo he defenders to hgain possession of the ball.

+The defending team will be able to regain possession of the ball if the nearest defender pressess the ball holder and if others support the presser by marking he attackers near to the payer in possession an by anticipating passess. The least important opponent is likly to be the one farthest from the ball if pressure has been applied quickly and effectively and is well supported by others.

+Once defending team gains possession - should attemp to find its player in the other half as quickly and accurately s possible. If he team members can't do so they should pass the ball quickly with inimal touches to find an opportunity to deliver the required pass effectively.

+Once the target palyer receives the pass he will need quick support as is the cse in a game situation. A numner of passes can be accumulated before th oppisition arrives to press and attemp to regain the ball.
