Angled Strikes (5 mins)

These are angled strikes of the ball towards the keeper. The keepers starting position is against the post and square to the side line. The keeper then takes quick steps to face the server. As the keeper is moving the server takes a touch of the ball and strikes it at the keeper. This is repeated three times on each side.

Dipping Volleys (5 mins)

Starting point for the starting keeper is the middle of the net (Y). The keepers movement is, with quick feet, from the centre of the goal line to the near post then quick adjustment to face the ball. The server (X) then hits a dipping volley to force the keeper into a front smother or collapse. This process is repeated in an arc around the goal.
