Stage 1 (25 mins)

In order to score a point, a player must receive the ball and then dribble across the open end line.

Set Up: 30x20

Coaching Points:

-Attack the less defended side of the field

-Maintain width to be able to switch point of attack

-Use possession to draw defenders in before switching the point of attack

-Make use of 2v1 situations

Attacking team must dribble across end line for a point. Defenders have free movement, but attackers must keep at least one player in each zone.

Set Up: 30x20 divided in half

Coaching Points:

-Attack the less defended zone

-Maintain width to be able to switch the point of attack

-Use possession to draw defenders in before switching the point of attack

-Utilize 2v1 situations
