Hoops - warm up & dynamic movements (10 mins)

Hoops - warm up & dynamic movements

Basic warm up game where the players perform certain drills around the area and on coaches command have to form a team and each of the selected number of player has to put a foot into the hoop. Coaches may call 1,2,3,4 or 5 and this amount of player must get into a group and put their foot or feet in!

In between, ask player to perform, high 5's, low 5's, side steps, skips, jumps, headers, left/right hand down, both hands down, buttock kicks, high knees along with slow to fast and changes of direction

For older players, carioca, jockeying, skiing, high skips leading onto dynamic stretches
