Instructions: 2 touch. Player A passes the ball to player B then joins the back of the line; B then passes to player C who is now at the front of the line; Continue through the line 5 times then change player in middle
Coaching Points: Angle of approach; Head up to observe your target; Supporting foot; Contact with the ball; Contact with the foot; Weight of pass; Ready to receive moving forwards; Shuffle feet, don't reach (square up hips); Follow through with pass; Willingness to use both feet
Progressions: Receive with one foot play with the other; Play 1 touch

Instructions: 2 touch. A passes to B and replaces him; B passes to C and goes to the end of the line; C passes to A and process repeats

2) Get your head around to see the ball

Progressions: Pass from middle player is 1 touch while pass from start line player is 2 touch

Organization:
-4x4 yard triangles set up as shown
-3 Players per triangle,
-1 Ball Per Trianlge
Instructions:
1. Player on the inside acts as a defener the player on the outside play together passing through the triangle to the other player.
2. Defender must stay within the triangle.
3. Defender stays inthe middle of the triangle for a set period of time
4. Competition is introduced--Defender gets 2 points each time they win the ball and maintain control inside of the triangle-Passers get 1 point for each pass completed-Play for 1:00 minute

4) Use of fake or feint to open passing lane

Organization: 5v5 in the middle with a GK playing for the team defending the big goal. The other team defends 4 small goals spread across the half line. Another team of 5 resting behind the big goal. 10-15 minute game.
Instructions: If the team defending the big goal scores on one of the small goals, they quickly transition to defending the small goals and attacking the big goal. They start the attack by grabbing a ball behind the small goals. Meanwhile, the team that conceded is off and the resting team quickly comes on. If you score on the big goal, you don't switch ends but continue to attack big goal. The conceding team is still off.

Organization:
1. 20x20 yard area.
2: 11 players : 6 servers around the circle and 5 players inside.
3. Use 6 balls and 6 balls around the square and 1 ball with the coach set up as shown.
Instructions
Outside players start with ball for A and B
A) Players check into middle zone then out to surrounding players, outsideplayer plays a pass into the checking player, who then controls the pass and returns the pass to the outside player, recieving player must change the direction of the ball before playing the ball back to the outside player
B) At this point 2-3 of the outside players put their ball to the side, the inside player check in and recieves a pass from the outside, the player controls the ball into open space, the player then dribbles into and out of the center square and finds a player on the outside without the ball.
Coaching Points:
1.Use the right surface to receive the ball inside the foot.
2.First touch to move the ball in a new direction.
3.Head up for the next action
4. One touch to controle the ball , 2 or 3 touches to pass.
5. Find a angle of approach before passing.
6. Rotate your hip and follow through the ball.
5. Looking over the shoulder.
Progressions:
1. Receiving , control the ball with one touch and turn to make a opposite pass.
2. Vary the server to make it more difficult ( adapting according the players).
3.Add pressure by adding defenders.
