Small sided Activity (20min)

6v6 + 2 neutrals, 1 GK. Big goal to neutral. Blue attacks Red. Neutral on the outside serves as support.

Progression- If Red wins the ball and finds neutral in the midfield, they transition from defense to attack.

Objective-Know when to go forward and when to be patient and restart the play.

Cp's-Play with intensity, think ahead, sharp technical application, be creative, take people on when faced on 1v1, shoot from different angles, support off the ball, communicate.
