Reds start passing the ball in a triangle as the blue players set up as two defenders.

The Reds can only attack once the blue defender strikes at goal - giving the Reds an opportunity to attack 3v1 before he recovers as the second defender. Coaching points are movement of players, opening up taking the recovering defender out of the game, Awareness & Decision making and end product at pace.

We are looking at the Blues giving the ball away and having to recover, you can look at attacking options and also defending options delaying the attack for recovering defender.
