Small Sided game - When to Sheild or combine in centre midfield

If a team recieves the ball in the box before entering the end zone they get 3 points

If they enter the end zone without using the box 1 point.

Key points

- Players to be able to recognise the space to recieve a pass

- 3 key ways to protect the ball

1 - use arms and hands

2 - body in between player and the ball legs wide

3 - have the ball on the safe side to ensure opponent cannot nick it

- movement off the ball to ensure combinations moving forward

- angle of support
