Rondos part 1 (10 mins)

Players in the end zone start with the ball.

Once this player passes the ball into the players in the middle zone they can enter making it a 3v2.

To gain a point teams must either run the ball into the opposite end zone or passing it into a team mate.

If the ball is turned over then one player from the team that as lost the ball must retreat into their own end zone. while the team that has just won possesion, thier player in the end zone can move into the middle zone, making it a 3v2 in thier favour.

Play for a set team then rotate teams, until every team as played each other.

Rondos part 2 (10 mins)

PROGRESSION

Move into a 5v5 in the middle and the player in the end zone can come into the middle zone making it a 6v5 once the player has passed the ball into the middle zone.

Challenge 2 players from each team to have only 1 touch of the ball.
