Players start 3v3 in each end zone. Coach starts in the middle of the grid with balls and feeds the ball in. one Blue and one white comes in to play 1v1 against each other. To score a point dribble past defender and stop the ball on furthest end line. If the defender wins the ball he then becomes the atttacker and tries to score on opposite goal line.

2.If attacker can score on goal line he can then turn back and play the ball back to his team to create a 2v1. A new defender must come out to defender against 2v1. If attacking team can score again on the goal line they can then try and pass the ball back to their last attacker to createa 3v2 with an extra defender coming out to help.

3.IF defenders win the ball can they score a point and then get it back to their goal line to create a 3v3.
