Warm-up (15 mins)

Touches Warm-up

200 touches with an inside cut every 10

150 on weak foot only - inside cut every 10

100 on strong foot only - inside cut every 10

50 on alternate feet - inside cut every 10

Emphasize keeping the ball "in your zone" - whenever the players are traveling with the ball it must always be within their reach, never let it run away. Most likely to lose control when exiting the inside cut, demonstrate the cut with the ball never leaving your reach.

Same emphasis as warm-up: keep ball close while traveling so your are always in position to protect it with your body or quickly change direction. Inside cut to avoid taggers.
