Screen 1 (10 mins)

Session Objective: Dribbling/Running with the ball - Warm up - Endurance

Organisation: Area set up as above, area can be adjusted depending on age and ability. Players start by running with the ball, then turning around cone and dribbling in and out of cones, as soon as player has turned to start dribbling the next player will start to run with the ball, players to keep heads up and be aware of traffic in the middle

Progressions:

Use weaker foot only, cones closer together for dribbling
