15 Minutes
Organization: Play to big goal, have 2 teams on each side of thegoal outside penalty box area.Each player with the ball except firstone. First player sprints around the cone and receives the passfrom opposite side player . Use 2 touch to control and strike theball on the target. Player after the pass must sprint around thecone and receive pass from opposite player. After the strike playerretrieves the ball and switches lines.
Team in Red receives with their left and finishes with their right. Team in blue receives with their right and finishes with their left.
Progression:

Coaching Points:
Quality of the passing and striking technique;
Over the ball, lock ankle, lock knee, over the ball follow through,strike with the laces, strike across the goal.
Speed of execution;
Accuracy of the strike

Organization: Area is 20 by 30 yards, 3 v3 game. Teams muststay in their halves. Each team has maximum 2 passes before they can strike the ball.
Progression: After first pass, team must get the shot away.
Allow one player from each team to enter the other teams area as a defender, making it 2v1. If defender wins the ball, he can now score on goal.
Coaching points:
Striking technique as before. Agressiveness and awareness whento strike when to pass.

15 Minutes
Organization: Play to small goal or a farpost goal. Set up 2 poles 10 yards apart, 20 yards from goal.
Striker starts at pole without a ball, rest of the line starts at cone 10 yards back. Striker checks away from pole( as shown in diagram) receives ball from first player in line, takes his touch with his left foot forward and finishes with right foot. Player who passed the ball, goes to the opposite pole and does the same thing but receives the ball with his right foot and finishes with his left. After you shoot, get your ball and go back to line.
Progression:
Aerial control- throw the ball to the player and let him control it with chest or foot in his stride and finish with a volley.
Coaching points:
Eye on ball
Good first touch ( take it forward in your stride)
Know your target( Farpost in this case)
Accuracy over power

20 Minutes
Let the boys finish off with a 7v7 game, if numbers are high, we can go two small 5v5 games!
