Screening prevent the Forward Pass

Pitch size depends on ability of players.

4 v 4 with the pitch split up into equal thirds. The object of the game is for players A to prevent players B passing the ball through to Players C between the defensive line in the middle third.

Encourage Players A to Organize themselves at an angle that provides depth as well as across the line. Early pass recognition and communication is the key to successful blocking and interception. If players B are successful then players C can score.

Progressions

Allow one of the Player's A to support the lone man in the last third.

Add another goal and allow Players A to retain possession and score at the other end however remember to stick to the session objectives of preventing the forward pass.
