Conditioning (Agility Focus Variation 2) (10 mins)

Conditioning (Agility Focus Variation 2) 8 minutes (work time)

START POSITIONS: 1 Player @3 3 Players @2 Remaining Players @1

Player 1 performs a fast-feet exercise throught the bars left to right and then progresses through the slalom. On coming out from the slalom he recieves a give and go pass from Player 2. Player 1 contines their run forward around the defender (mannequinn/agility pole) and shoots at goal. They are permitted to have 1 touch before shooting at the goal. They then collect their ball and join the back of players 2 line. After player 2 plays player 1 in for the shot, they then participate in a 1v1 in the Agility Pole grid vs Player 3. Player 2 goes to Player 3 (defender) and Player 3 joins the back of Player 1's line.

Set 1 - Right Side - 4 minutes

Set 2 - Left Side - 4 minutes

If we have Stoj (U20's Keeper)

Goalkeepers perform fast-feet exercises through the hurdles placed beside and behind the goal line.
