Warm-up (Red Bulls Travel)

Organization:30x30

-12 players set up shown

-1 ball per player

Instructions: Player will work inisde the Grid on Ball Mastery to get the players to become Confident from the start session

Players will work on the Juggles/ Ball Mastery/ Team Knock out Game

-Technique is Key for the player and to be engage and comfortable on the ball before stepping on the Main Topic

- Can We run with the ball with our head up

-Once the move is completed can we run with the ball away with big touches to space

-Same moment can we take a peak down to see contact on the ball

Coaching Points: Eyes on the ball when Juggling

-Focus on the ball

- Head up to observe the open space

-Correct Technique

-Recognize the Space

Progressions:

-Prog 1 - 30 sec - Inside/outside of the foot (R/L foot)

-Prog 2- 30sec - Laces- RL Foot

-Prog 3- 30sec- Pull Push (R/Lfoot)

-Prog 4- 30sec- The Roll (R/Lfoot)

- Prog 5- 30 sec- L-Turn (R/Lfoot)

Main Theme

Organization: 30x30

-12 Players

-2 players per Cone

- 1 ball per group

Instructions: Players will work on running with the ball- (Each Activity is marked in the template 1.2,3)

-1st activity - Both players based on each side will go at the same time- Once players reaches to the end now the next player goes

- Second Activity : Players now performs the same concept (competetion) the player to get down first receives 1pt ( if the player knocks the ball down the player loses the round)

-Third Acitivity: Same Concept: this time with one ball- Once the player reaches across and released the ball to the next player- now the player must tag ( the objective is to tag the opponent = 1pt) If the the opponent knocks the ball the round is done= 0pts (pressure applied)

Prog 4: (Pressure is applied)- Player can now stop the play by winning the ball (Same Activity as the Third) This Time Player can now stop the play by winning the ball

Coaching Points:1.Positive first touch out of the feet

2.Head up and observe situation/Space

3.Play with the laces of the foot closet to the ball

4.Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly

5.Long Strides when running with the ball

6. Run in a straight line

Progressions:

Condition Game

Organization:30x30 Grid

-3 v 3

-3 Red players

-3 Blue Players

- One ball

- 2 Pugg Goals

Instructions: (Red must attack to get a goal- Likewise with the blue team)

- If a squad performs a successful moment on running with the ball without defenders winning - the squad receives a Goal ( This will help the players be on thier toes to perform this concept)

Coaching Points: Can we attack in speed?

-Head up to Recognize the open space to attack (Big Touches)

- As approaching in Compactness (Small Touches)

-Cover the distance quickly (Contact of the foot Laces)

- (Long strides)

-Run in a straight line
