1st - Whole - Game with a Floater

Let them play with Targets, challenges and conditions

1st Team Challenge - Attack quickly if have the possession

2nd Team Challenges - Build an overload by beating your man

SSESSION - (SUSTAINED PRESSURE 3/3 + 2/3) - PLAYING WITH AND AGAINST AN OVERLOAD (THE EXTRA MAN)

1st - Blue will defend the Reds for 10 seconds if succesful they will gain player to build an 3v3

Unit Challenge - Being Compact

Support and depth

Tactical (Try and get a 2v2 Situation)

Playing the offiside with purpose

Team Challenge for the attacker - Use the space man

- Being Creative

Tactical - Use all of the width

- Ask the player to come up with a formation etc

Rules : Blues with defend to try and gain the 3v3 sitaution if successful and they score. The Reds will defend 2v3 and try and gain the 3v3 to score. High intense with breaks to discuss challenges and ways of changing the game.
