Organization:
-20 x 25 area
Instructions:
-Players dribbling in area.
-Red light green light- introduce fun-Make space ship sounds while speeding through zones. Red light Stop with bottom of foor geen light go.
Coaching Points:
1) Dribble under control, close touches in tight spaces
2) change speed and direction to go to open spaces
3) Head up checking shoulder

Organization:
-20 x 25 yard space
-Triangles in each corner and 1 in the middle--If there are less or more players adjust the number of triangles
Instructions:
-Player moves around inside the area, the two taggers hold the pinne in the hands.
-The triangles are safe zones, but can only be occupied by one player at a time.
-If someone new enters the safe zone the occupant must leave.
-When someone is tagged they become it--no tage backs

1)Check you shoulder and keep your eyes up.
2) Communicate when you are ebtering a safe zone.

Instructions:
-Same as before only now players are holding the ball in their hands.
-They must toss the ball into a triangle and the player in the triangle must catch the ball and come out. Tagging rules still the same no tag backs.

Instructions:
-Players now have a ball at their feet, dribbling in the area.
-To get into a safe zone the must pass the ball to the player in the safe zone, that player then dribbles out.
-Taggers just have to touch the ball, with their feet, once they do they become the dribbler and the dribbler becomes the tagger
Coaching Points:
1) Quick touches on the ball.
2) Keeping the ball close to feet in tight spaces.

Organization:
1.30 x 20 yard area, with a 5 yard end zone at each end set up as shown
2.12 players (3 teams of 4) set up as shown
Instructions:
1.Players in 3 teams of 4 . Players can only challenge their assigned partner
2.Teams compete to score goals by dribbling and stopping ball in opposing end zone. Play restarts, with defender passing or dribbling from own end zone. Attackers only allowed in opposing end zone if they have a ball
3.First team to 10 points win
Coaching Points:
1.When your team has possession, try to lose partner
2.When your team loses possession, try to find your partner
3.Observe unopposed teammates and pass to them
4.Observe open space and dribble to score
5.If the route to goal is blocked, switch the point of attack

P – Place goals at either end, and introduce goal keepers
R – Introduce Neutral Players
