Toilet Tag (10 mins)

Set up

Make a 20x20 area and give each player a ball.

Instructions

Select 2 players to be the chasers and spread the remaining players around the area. The chasers run without the ball and have to tag the other players. Once you get tagged you have to sit on your ball as if on the toilet with your hand in the air. To get back into the game someone has to come and tag your hand (flush the toilet).

Rotate through all of the players so that everyone gets a turn of being the chaser.

Coaching Points

Keep the ball close to maintain control.

Get your head up to look for space to run into, to see where the defenders are and where your players are.
