Combination Paly Shooting Activity (15 Min)
Ball starts in corner & is played back, ball is switched, played into forward & returned for 1 touch shot. Passers follow their balls. Shooter retrieves ball back to 1st line and go to fourth line.
Variation: Change direction, rotate shooting foot
Coaching Points: Move balls quickly, head down, land on shooting foot

Penetrating Activity (15 min)
4v4 + GK's, 2 goals, 2 min. 4v4 in center grid, connect 4 balls @ ea possession before playing penetrating balls.
Restrictions: Neither team can move into offensive/defensive 1/3's (Shadded) until 4 passes are connected and a penetrating ball is played into an attacking player.
Variation: Decrease connected balls to increase balls played in & 1-2 touch restrictions to move balls faster

Outside square is 50x60m
Red straight lines (cone to pole) is the working run, black line (pole to cone) is recovery run
Square around outside is always a 50% run
Follow the follwoing percentages during the runs (% of top speed) (players work in pairs)
1. 60% for both lines
2. 75% red line, 40% black line
3. 100% red line, walk black line
4. 75% red line, 60% black line
5. 100% red line, 20% black line
6. 60% red line, 20% black line
Repeat except for run 1 for a total of 15 minutes

Expanded Small Sided Game (15 min)
6 v 6 ea 2 min or two goals switch, ball starts with keeper
Restrictions: 5 connected passes & one of the following (1-2 pass, short-short-long, wall pass, overlap, etc.) before shooting
Coaching Points: Movement off the ball, move the ball quickly, look for penetrating balls into the attacking 1/3, Immediate Pressure, Cover & Communication
