Organization:
1. 40 x 10 yard area set up as shown
2. 6 players (3 A ttackers, 3 Defenders) set up as shown
3. Markers indicating lines 10 yards apart
4. 1 ball per attacker
Instructions:
1. Defending players start on a line each, and m ay not m ove off this line
2. Attackers must negotiate all three defenders and dribble past end line to score
3. If attacker is dispossessed, they go back to the start line
4. Next attacker can start run w hen second defensive line has been passed
5. Attackers get 4 repetitions each before switching roles
Coaching Points:
1. Controlled approach
2. Engage defender at speed by attacking front foot
3. Timing of move – just outside tackling radius
4. Change of speed and direction
5. Cut into the space behind defender

Organization:

2. 12 players (2 teams of 6) set up as shown
3. 6 balls
Instructions:
1. Players are divided into 2 teams, and combine to score in any of the 6 goals from either side
2. Teams can score by passing the ball to a team m ate through a goal. The goal scored in, cannot be used until a goal has been scored elsew here.
3. Teams can also score by an individual dribbling through a goal. That player is able to turn and score 1 more goal by doubling back through the same goal
4. First team to 10 goals win
Coaching Points:
1. When your team has possession, spread out to create space to dribble into
2. Observe unopposed teammates and pass to them
3. observe open space and dribble to score
4. If the route to goal is blocked, switch the point of attack
5. Improvisation/Creativity

Instructions:
3v3 players in zone A they must get through gates to get in zone B, on zone B 2 v 1 scenario one player Def can join zone B and player who dribble through gate and another player can join zone B.
Coaching Points:

Organization:
1. Three zones (Blue 10x20) (Red 20x20) (depending on numbers)
2. Players (all with ball)
Instructions:
1. Players dribble with Messi Touches on Red Zones & Ronaldo Touches on Blue Zones
2. Once player in front Dribbles out of 1st blue zone next player goes.
3. When player dribbles past all three zones he/she must wait until all players in his/her line finish zones.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble
a. Messi: Outside of foot/Toes down & in/ Light touches close to feet.
b. Ronaldo: Laces/ Toes down/ Long touches (3-4yds away)
2. While dribbling look forward seeing ball and space at the same time.
3.Concentrate on Technique of touches.
Progressions:
1. Add competition. 1st team to finish all three zones wins.
2. Second round (Six zones)
