Off the Ball - Skill Intro (20 mins)

Two areas working simultaneously.

Make them relatively large (15x15m)

Two teams in each area. Possession game. On coach's say of "FREEZE" the team without the ball must do 10 pressups.

The focus here is to ensure players off the ball are working to get into positions to support the ball player constantly.

Off the Ball - Skill Training (15 mins)

6v6. Field set out in thirds. Players can roam throughout all of the thirds.

Player with the ball must always have 3 options available to them within three seconds of receiving the ball. The 3 options are confirmed by said option shouting "yes!" when they are available. If there are not 3 options available within the timeframe freekick is given to the other team. If someone shouts "yes" without actually being a realistic option then coach awards freekick to the opposition.
