4v4 in a central area, with a server one end doubling as a target man for blacks and a GK to encourage good finishing at the end of moves. Blues need to get the ball into the box by dribbling or a pass, once in the box they are unopposed by the defenders and try to score past the GK.
If blacks win the ball back they go straight into the target man/ server for an extra goal.
