Orange attacks green, if green wins the ball they can get another 2 players in making it a 4 v 2

Cp's-Be sharp technically, constant movement off the ball for support, defensively-communicate, pressure-cover, stay compact, transition quickly, transition into attack vs transition into posession

Expanded Small sided Activity (20min)

3 different teams, Orange shoots on opposite goals-immediately they must regroup and defend vs green to create a 2 v 2, next two orange players do the same but defend vs yellow. 4 minute rotations

Cp's- Dribble at speed, put the ball on frame, concentrate immediately to transition from offense to defense, be creative on the ball, movement and combination play, communicate and defensive principles on defensive end
