12 min Each player with a ball. 6 small fields. Work on roll and pin, roll over step over, roll ups, roll up shufle, shuffle, shuffle and turn 90 degrees.

12 min partners 18 yards apart, dribble at each other and perform same move, scissor left/take right, scissor right/take left, stepover right/take right, stepover left/take left. lunge left/take right, lunge right/take left, Maradonna right.other moves as you see fit

passing and receiving (10 mins)

12 minutes triangle passing. set 6 players in a rectangle shape, player on end passes to opposite side middle player who then passes to original side end player, then they play it back. Work on quality passes--toe up, ankle firm, play to feet--player in middle receives ball across body and passes to end player. Can add a race to 10 or 20 passes for fun. Rotate clockwise.

1v1 to pugg then scrimmage (20 mins)

12 min pass follow your pass, pass follow your pass, dribble 1v1 to pugg goal, after shooting or losing the ball, the next player in line starts a new ball and the offensive player becomes defender. Switch directions so they get used to balls passed and received on both sides. First pass should be firm and to feet, second pass weighted and to feet or slightly in front of dribbler, dribbler needs attacking first touch and use a move to beat defender.

12 min open scrimmage.
