Conditioning (Cycle 1 Phase 1) (5 mins)

Conditioning Drill (off the ball) 9 mins

SET 2

G1 & G2 start at same time and both following opposite pattern. Train-Group formation.

Focus: Change of Direction & Speed (back pedal, side stepping, forwards).

Progression 1: Instead of Recovery back to opposite SP - 70% run with 30 second REST.

Progression 2: G1 will run at 70% intensity forward to Row 2 then Lateral Jump over cones, run to G2 SP. Opposite for G2.
