Make each Square 5x5. 4 teams of 4 players 2 blue and 2 reds. Both blues are working together and both reds are working together.

Rules :- ball cant be higher than head height, Players must stay in there squares, if the ball goes out coach feeds it back in. to score a point you must split the opposition OR if defending get the ball back.

The aim is to work on the defensive side. So we are coaching the team without the ball. we are trying to work as a unit to stop the ball being played between us(split). The team in possesion have to keep the ball they can move it forwards or sideways as long as they are passing to correct colour. If the team in possesion lose the ball they must get into a unit as soon as possible.
