-area of approx. 20x20m

-Split the pitch into two 10x20 areas. Each area has a starting a point, a cone to turn around at the opposite end and 3 cones to dribble through on the way back to the start.

dribbling through the slalom (cones) on the way back to the start.

Progressions/Variations:

1. As before, each player dribbles towards the far end of the pitch. However this time, upon reaching the halfway point each player must turn sharply and play the ball back to waiting teammate. Use 1 ball per team.

2. Like P1 but now start 2 players from the halfway point as well as the 2 from the original start point. All 4 dribble simultaneously before turning and playing to the teammate waiting. After playing the ball back from the end of the pitch, each player must travel back through the slalom doing little side steps.
