Bed in moves drag turn (10 mins)

10x20 area. 4-6 players.

A rolls first, to initiate B movement, then passes to B. The R foot move is shown.

B angles body L foot forward to the L side of oncoming pass. Ball is controlled with sole of R foot and whole body spins 180 degrees to R with ball still under R foot. As body movement ceases R foot then takes a small touch to set up pass.

B then passes in to C.

Rotation: A runs to take position on R of mannekin to take next pass from C, B joins A queue.

*on toes , R arms up as pass is made

*quickly move into line of ball

*after spin protect with L arm, make pass with r foot

1v1 linked turns (10 mins)

20x30 area.

R1 rolls first then passes into R2 within zone 1.

R2 uses any BTG move to create space to make pass to R3 from within zone1 - ie don't dribble thru next zone.

R3 must do a drag turn and shoot within 2 touches to score in opposite goal.

Rotation : follow pass, R3 get ball and joins R queue.

*R2 to receive ball to one side of centre line - makes next pass easier

*R2 must protect his space during move

*B1 plays 1st defender, pressure on touch, don't get spun, prevent R2 turning

*R2 pass have a last look

*R3 movement laterally only - keep the length.

Play for 2 mins then swap teams over.

If time allows can progress by adding a mannekin (or 2) for R3 to beat with the move - this makes the pass accuracy crucial and may be difficult to achieve.

1v2 zoned (15 mins)

As previous but now R1 provides a passing option within zone 1 only HOWEVER R2 MUST TAKE 2 touches minimum.

Once ball goes into zone 2 or 3 R2 can join in and play 2v1 to goal BUT B1 cannot recover.

B2 also plays as 1st defender, preventing a turning score in the first instance.

2 points for R3 to score without help from R2, 1 point if they combine.

Rotation : for reds as previous. B1 joins queue, B2>B1, new B2 comes on.

Play for 2 mins then swap teams.

3v2 flowing zoned (15 mins)

Now B1 can recover once ball goes beyond zone 1 and 3 reds are involved.

ONLY a BTG move to score, or a 1  TOUCH FINISH are allowed.

Reds get 3 lives , losing one each time they fail to score or lose possession, with each restart back in original position.

Blues now defend as 1st and 2nd defender.

If blues win the ball (or reds loose  all their lives) they pass out to a team mate - THEN WAIT for reds to most advanced player to go off and reset as above. If an obvious BTG or 1 touch scoring chance is available 2v3 blues can attack immediately (should not happen if blues are defending properly)

Play for up to 10 mins, competing between teams.

Rotate by sequencing thru roles.

Progress by removing number of lives.

SSG target man 4 goal (10 mins)

4v4 or 5v5 Target man game.

Each team nominate defender and target man.

Only 1v1 in scoring zone unless target man lays off to another player to make 2v1 - only 1 defender allowed in scoring zone. Players may roam free at other times.

Change roles after every goal.

Restarts are goal kicks when 1 other player is allowed in end zone.
