Drill #1 (20 mins)

1) Player dribbles through the cones and passes the ball bak towards the goal and then heads to activity 2.

2) Speed ladder then run onto the pass.

3) Stop the ball in front of the penalty box for attacker to run onto.

4) Sprint to the halfway line.

5) Hurdle jumps and high tempo run.

6) Shoot 1st time at goal and collect ball.

7) Single leg squats in the hoops and then head to activity 1 to start again.

*Keepers swap per shot. They keep touching all posts when the player starts dribbling until the ball is stopped and must react to shot.
