4v2+2 Warm-up (15 mins)

1) 4v2 or 5v2's

2) 4v2's with transition.

Scoring: Offensive team gets one point for every 5 passes. If defending team wins it, they can get a point by playing to their teammates (breaking the lines) on opposite side. Team who just lost it needs to tranistion ASAP when they lose the ball by collapsing on 2 inside.Losing team has fitness.

1v1 Turning Game + Technical Warm-up (15 mins)

Turning Warm-up:

1. peel-off

2. inside foot across body turn

3. outside foot across body turn

4. stop ball, over exit

5. Drift pass line and turn diagonally to opposite cone

Turning with Pressure Game:

6x6 Yard box. 12 yards between edge of the box and cones.

Player 2 checks inside box, player 3 defends player 2.

Player 3 is passive until player 2 receives the ball. (Want player 2 to feel comfortable with pressure) Player two then has to dribble to three cones before passing it to player 4. If they successfully complete that, they get one point

Rotation: Passer goes to back of the line. Attacker goes to passer. Defender becomes attacker. Person who receives pass then becomes Defender.

Progression: Live as soon as 2 checks to the ball.

7v7 or 9v9 in 30x40 yard grid.

Speed of Play.

5 minute games

Losing team has fitness.

Fitness at the end 10-20-30-40-50 in pairs. One round with the ball and one round without the ball.
