Set-up:

20x20 yd grid, 3 teams

Description (15 min):

4min intervals. 100% intensity

3 teams playing keep away. Every 5 passes is a point. 10 v 5. Core work inbetween sets. 1 touch on outside

Small-Sided (15 mins)

Set-up:

20x20yd grid with 2 teams working 1 team out

Description (15 min):

Black Jack. Break the group in 3 teams. Two teams play each other, the 3rd team does core work. You get at point for every 1 touch pass connected. Once the team gets to 21 the game is over (switch teams at that point)
