Warm Up Variation 4 (10 mins)

Drill (10 mins)

Evenly split into 4 Groups. Each of the 4 Groups starts at the same time moving in an 'L' pattern.

* Rotating dynamic movements initially.

* Various quick feed exercises. Quick feet, Hops, side shuffles.

* Explosive Prep Exercises - Sprints (shorten start times and increase starting frequency).

* Dynamic Stretching to be included.
