Organization:

Activity: Begin 1v1. Can only score in attacking third.

Organization:

Activity: As soon as attacker enters the attacking third, a second defender can come in from the defending team. Now 1v2, if defenders win the ball, they should attack at pace before the the blue player can recover. When the red players get into the attacking third a second blue defender would enter making it a 2v2.

3v3+

Organization:

Activity: 3v3+. Begin 3v3 or 4v4. Everytime the team enter the attacking third an extra defender comes into play therefore overloading the team. Once they win the ball they should look to attack at pace to take advantage of there numerical advantage.
