Session Organisation
- 4v2 in one area, 3v2 in other area
- Vacant space between both areas
How to Play
- 4 players look to move the ball to get a player in a position to break out with the ball who RWTB to create a 4v2 in the other area
- Repeat in opposite direction
- If defender wins possession they quickly transition to score in small target goal
- High tempo
Progressions
- Players must break the line of their box with 1 touch before RWTB
- Set amount of touches to reach opposite box
- Time limit to get across

How to Play
- 1 defender and 1 attacker from opposite area enter middle zone
- As attacker breaks out there is now a 2v1
- Recovering defender can apply pressure to attacker
- As ball is transferred, 1 attacker drops in to central area where recovering defender remains and game continues

Team Learning Objectives

Session Organisation
- 2 teams
- Equal amount of balls placed in each end zone
- A 'prison' clearly marked in each half with a ball in it
How to Play
- You are 'safe' in your half
- Can be tug in opposing half
- Must look to 'steal' a ball from the opposing end zone and return to your end zone
- You are safe in the end zone
- If tug the person who catches you must escort you to their prison
- Perform a set task (i.e. Juggle ten times with no bounce) to leave the prison
- Teammate can rescue you by linking and running you back into your half, but if caught both go to prison
- Game is played to a time limit or until all balls are in one end zone
- Game begins in hands
