Organization:
1. Same as previous.
2. Every player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. Players set up evenly at four corners.
2. First player in each of the white lines goes first upon making eye contact.
3. When they finish the first player in each of the blue lines goes.
4. Process repeats with turns alternating between teams.
5. Objective: Messi to red nearest cone, Ronaldo through central box to get to other side of the grid.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe space.
2. Visual cue/connection - eye contact.
3. Play ball out of feet with instep - Ronaldo touches.
4. Slow down on approach (arriving towards player/ball/cone) - Messi touches.
5. Acceleration once obstacles cleared.
6. Ability to run in a straight line.

Organization:
1. Same set up as previous.
Instructions:
1. Same rotation as previous.
2. Players perform a move at nearest cone before continuing to the opposite side.
3. Moves to perform: feint and double feint.
Coaching Points:
1) Speed of approach.
2) Technical execution of moves:
Feint
a) Lean to one side dropping your shoulder
b) Plant the same side foot to the side of the ball
c) Take the ball away with the outside of the opposite foot
Progressions:
1) Work on both sides (right and left).

Organization:
1. 30x20 area.
2. Two goals as shown.
3. Players distributed evenly.
Instructions:
1. Server passes across to attacker and pressures ball.
2. Attacker can score on either of two mini goals; defender can score between cone and goal post.
3. Play is over after a goal or balls goes out
4. Players return to back of original line.
5. Rotate roles after 2-3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch.
2. Head up to observe space.
3. Look to cut into space behind defender.
4. Selection of move.
5. Timing and execution of move.
Progressions:
1. Add time limit to score.
2. Reduce/increase distance as necessary.

2. Simultaneous games running.
3. No corners. Can restart with kick-in or dribble in.

5. Role of 1st attacker - penetrate.

If they can beat a player before shooting = 3 points

Organization:
1. 30x20 area.
2. 5x5 square in center of area.
3. Players evenly distributed as shown.
Instructions:
1. Players on A side are attackers.
2. Players on B side are defenders.
3. Players work one at a time (one attacker, one defender).
4. Attacker looks to race across to opposite line without getting tagged.
5. Attacker must enter central box before proceeding to opposite line.
6. Prior to tag game: players perform various soccer-specific movements (i.e. cariocas, shuffles).
Coaching Points:
1. Mental focus.
2. Correct execution of physical movements.
3. Gradual increase of intensity.
