High intensity anaerobic endurance with a ball

Use half the pitch with poles around the perimeter.

Players must be on the move at all times playing long and short passing with team mates.

Once ball is played the player must run around poles on the perimeter and then rejoin the game.

4 mins work.

2-3 minutes active rest.

4-5 reps.
