Description

Team will have a 45 minute fitness session prior to the expended activity. Last practice, the kids struggle to score with or without pressure. IN a real game, expectations are that i will be able to improve the runs of #2, #4, connect the #6 with back four, and get the back line to defend crosses. Hoping forwards will connect and score goals.

Expended Activity/Game

1/2 field regular soccer game, 2 x 20 minutes with 2.5 minutes rest

45 minutes; two teams

Expended Activity will be a continuation of crossing and finishing drill last practice

Possible combinations: CM - CF - LF - overlaping RB; CM - LW - overlaping RM

Blue Team : Sayag, Joey, Vladimir, Jack, Trevor, Sal, Henry

Red Team: Andrew, Bragoli, Carlo, John, Kevin, Joseph, and Ramo.

Coaching points, shifting, opportunity to overlap, type of cross, movement of the forward, etc
