Technical
Organization:
Area of 30x30 yard.
2 team of 6 players.
1 ball per players.
Instructions:
Same area players dribble around at coach command players must dribble using sole( right and/or left) toe tap backward or forward.
Coach call of a color team that become defender the other run away dribbling with the ball, the defender has10 second toknock away ball and has to change players.
Coaching Points:
Move away from defender laterally or backward.
Keep your arm out, making sure not to push but to feel the defender.

Instructions:
Players have to take a minimumof 4 touches
or can pass the ball backward only.
Coaching Points:
If the defender stays behind and apply pressure, shield the ball.
If he tries to steal the ball, trn and dribbe away.

Shorten the field for more repetition.

Use further foot away from witch to dribble.
Use the sole of the foot to move the ball.
Put your body between the ball and the defender.
Extend arm to keep witch further away.

Add more pressure by playing against time.
