Screen 1

Warm Up

1 - Players pass the ball back and forth using both feet ( up on toes, accuracy of pass, weight of pass.... 1min

Progression 2 - Players increas the distance and adopt the same routine ..... 1 minute

Progression 3 - Player (A) passes ball to opposite player who this time moves off the cone moving from side to side. he then plays the pass back to player (A) using both feet.....1 minute (increased intensity)

Progression 4 - Player (A) passes ball to opposite player but this time the player recieving makes a forward movement to recieve the ball. Good touch 1st time back to player (A) before moving back to cone to do the same this time to opoosite foot. This continues for 1 min.(increased intensity)

Progression 5 - Player (A) passes ball to opposite player who recieves the ball forward of the cone. a 1st time pass back to player (A) before running around the cone to recieve a return pass from player (A) .... 1 minute (high intensity)
