- Every player with a ball in 25x25 yd grid

- Skills: Busquets, Aimar, Riquelme; Push-pull (laces/inside); Tick tocs (pull back/step over); Brazilian Toe-taps

Box Passing with Diamond Combo (20 mins)

Set Up

- 5 cones; square with triangle at the top; 6-8 players; 1 ball

Action

- Ball starts at top of triangle; P1 passes to P2 and follows pass - Ball is worked around the box using two touches

- P5 will then pass and receive back from P6 and play to P1 who is at th start of the box

Progression

- Go opposite direction

- Play wall passes at every cone

Coaching Points

- Create space between cone - Timing of the run

- Weigh of the pass

- Receive across your body

3 v 1 Rondo (20 mins)

Set Up

- 5-6 players; 1 ball; 8x8 yd grid

- 3 players in possession; 1 defender

- Restrictions: 1-2 touches MAX

- 1 Outside Player feeds new ball while 2 outside player shags balls

- 1 Minute Rounds; Defensive Player ALWAYS switches out to rest.

Coach Points:

- Move to provide angles and options early

- Adjust body to receive with proper foot

- Weight of the pass
