Break down Warm up 10 min, 10min per station, switch, recap and cool down.

Group Warm Up (10 min)

Two grids (Depending on turn out) 45yds x 50yds and 30yds x 35yds

Introduction and Technical warm up

dribbling (Rt foot, left foot, toe touches, scissors, step overs), stretch

Juggling (Rt. foot, left foot, thighs, head)

All players will work together on the warm up and stretch.

After warm up players will be divided by age (gender if necessary)

Station I Speed and agility (10 min) Ages 7 and 8 (Frank)

Players will perform movements in different stations for 1.5 mins then rotate

No ball first, second time around with a ball

Station II Shooting (10 min) 9 yr olds  (Ricardo/Takeeb)

3 min juggling sitting down (teach players to lock their ankles)

7 min shooting

a.) Player A passes the ball to player B on a throw-in. Player B controls the ball and shoots

b.) Player A passes the ball on the ground to player B. Player B controls, separates and shoots.

Reverse the drill

c.) Connect the three lines (Pass, pass, control and shoot)
