Throwing and Catching Exercise (10 mins)

Throwing and Catching Activity

Keep the same groups from the arrival activity, start with 4 balls between 20 players. The aim of this is to get players practicing throwing and catching. The players with the ball will throw the ball to anyone, to start they do not have to necessarily be on their team, this continues so players have plenty of chances of throwing and catching. The session will then progress so players have to throw the ball under arm to someone and then roll and finally bounce it.

Throughout this exercise we are looking for player's to use the correct catching technique 'w' for a high catch and 'M' for low catch.
