- Two defenders, one attacker

Challenge

- After making first touch to either left or right target can the player accelerate away from the recovering two defenders

- Using feints and disguise will fool and delay the defenders, thus giving additional time for attacker to reach target

Technical Points

- Using body weight, shift one direction then spring the opposite way to 'unbalance' defender

- Step over feint to then shift opposite way

- Positive (3 yards) touch towards target

- Controlled second touch

- Head up

- Attacker joins back of defending line, defender becomes attacker

To beat defender to create a shooting line towards one of the goals
