Back pass & plyometrics

One goalkeeper starts, 2 are serving balls along with the coach

GK1 goes through the speed ladder and makes back pass to GK2 (pass A)

As soon as GK1 makes pass, GK3 begins 1 or 2-foot hops over hurdles

GK2 receives and plays to GK3 on 2nd touch (pass B).  GK3 returns ball to coach.

Once GK3 has ball, coach plays to GK2 (pass C) who strikes ball first time with right foot over the 2nd full goal trying to place it in one of the mini goals (pass D).

After 6 repetitions, each goalkeeper rotates clockwise.  Score one point for each ball which winds up in mini goal.

To train left foot, all equipment is set up on opposite side of the training area.
