Fast Break Attack

Each seperate grid 15yards x 8-10 yards.

Seperate players into 2 groups based on ability. All players start as an attacker, try to beat the defender and score on one of the 2 small goals. After the attacker scores, the ball goes out of bounds, or the defender steals it, the next player attacks. The previous attacker immediately becomes a defender. and the previous defender retreives the ball and goes to the back of the line.

Players should count their goals and remain alert throughout the drill. Keep the lines moving quickly and encourage players to use previously learned skills during the competition. If order stays consistent, switch up players to get different matchups after 5 minutes.
